Frosting on the Cake

A few days ago, I posted the article from Holyoke on Facebook about the Holyoke Penny Harvesters granting money to the Homesteaders Park playground project.  The story about the kindergarterns involved with the Penny Harvest getting excited over a playground that will allow their young friends in wheel chairs to be able to play with them.  The story gets even sweeter with this picture that Penny Harvest coach Summer Maloney sent me featuring Penny Harvest representatives from both Holyoke Elementary and Holyoke Jr/Sr High school, as well as their wheel chair-bound friend who was the inspiration for the grant, presenting the check to Phillips County commissioners for the playgound project.

Once again, congratulations Holyoke on your very big hearts!
